SideTrack Studios is currently under construction but will be opening 1 September 2020.
We are looking for more artists to join this new collective. We already have a fantastic community of creatives and wanting to grow.

Based in Salt River, we are situated at 100 Voortrekker Road, located in the Spice Yard -The Spice Yard is a vibrant, diverse business environment, that is growing into its role as an ever expanding hub for creatives and forward thinking entrepreneurs.
Studios prices start at R2500/pm
Monthly rental includes:
-Private lock-up-and-go spaces
-Shared undercover parking (7 Bays)
-Water and lights
-Fibre Internet
-24/7 Access and security on site
-Access to rooftop courtyard/garden
-Weekly cleaner
-Shared equipped kitchen and common area
-Event and gallery space per request
-Guests will have access to visitors parking
-Website promotion and online shop/gallery
